Uptown is one of the area’s best places to dine and shop, but it’s much more than that. Several popular festivals call Uptown home each year, including the Sugar Creek Arts Festival and the Sweet Corn Blues Festival, attracting lots of unique art and great music to the community. Seasonal Holiday themed events, such as Treat Feast and the Holiday Open House make Uptown the place to be no matter what time of year, and our favorite neighbors Illinois State University, host a variety of activities every year geared toward students, alumni and residents.
