Use the above address to travel to the College Ave. Parking deck located in Uptown Normal. The deck provides ample parking and is within easy walking distance of all your favorite Uptown destinations including The Children's Discovery Museum and Uptown Station.
From the North and West:
Exit Interstate 55 at Exit 165A Main St./ BUS US-51 S
Travel south on Main Street/BUS US-51 S for approx. 1.7 miles
Turn left (east) on College Avenue
Enter Uptown by turning right (south) at any street between School St. and Linden St. or watch for the College Ave. parking deck on the left.
From the East and South:
Take Interstate 74 to Interstate 55 North.
Exit Interstate 55 at Exit 165A N. Main St/BUS US-51 S

On-Street and Surface Parking Lots
Free, on-street and surface parking is available throughout the Uptown area. Please obey all posted time restrictions as regulations are strictly enforced. The majority of spaces are designated as one or two hour maximum.
Parking Decks
The Town of Normal operates three parking decks in the Uptown area. The College Avenue Parking Deck is located just east of the Normal Public Library and the Heartland Bank Building. It has entrances off of College Avenue and Mulberry Street and is also boardered by Constitution Boulevard. The Uptown Station Parking Deck is located on West Beaufort Street and is connected to Uptown Station and City Hall. The Beaufort Street Parking Deck is located at the corner of West Beaufort and Broadway. This deck contains a skywalk into the Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.

Validation for the College Street Deck is available for patrons of the
Normal Public Library. Validation for individuals conducting business
at City Hall is available at the 2nd floor reception desk.
Monthly permits are available at both decks. Please call Heartland Parking at (309) 451-5380 for information and rates.
Parking instructions:
- Take ticket from dispenser when entering deck.
- Take ticket with you when you park and leave your car.
- Before returning to your car, stop at any pay station located inside the deck and pay your fee.
- Insert ticket in machine at gate when exiting deck.
Instructions for free long term parking for transit patrons, available on the top floor of the College Ave. Deck only:
- Take ticket from dispenser when entering deck.
- Park on TOP FLOOR OF COLLEGE AVE DECK.
- Take ticket with you when you park and leave your car.
- Before departing on your trip, stop at the Parking Information Desk located inside Uptown Station and provide the attendant with the Make, Model, Color, and License number of your car.
- Upon return from your trip, stop at the Parking Information Desk located inside Uptown Station. Provide proof of your trip (bus or train ticket/stub) and attendant will provide you with a parking voucher.
- Insert original parking ticket followed by parking voucher in machine at gate when exiting deck*FREE long term parking is offered on the top floor of the College Ave. Deck only. Long term parking in any other area will result in being charged the standard fee of $8 per day.
