REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ):

The Town of Normal will receive statements of interest and qualifications for the following:

Facilities Management- Historic Property Maintenance and Repair Services

Statements of interest and qualification will be accepted until Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., prevailing time.  Statements of interest and qualification must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Facilities Management- Historic Property Maintenance and Repair Services" at Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761, in Uptown Station.

RFQ instructions and selection procedures may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761, or from the Town of Normal website at www.normal.org.  The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any and all statements received.  Selections will be made based on Staff review of qualifications.  Town employees will not answer questions or have discussions pertaining to the Request for Qualifications prior to the submission deadline.  The award of contract will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
