BID CALL:

The Town of Normal Facilities Management Department will receive sealed bids for the following:

MMTC - Waiting Area Carpet Replacement

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "MMTC - Waiting Area Carpet Replacement" with the time and date of the opening, which will be December 6, 2017 at 10:00am prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatory pre-bid conference November 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. per project documents. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normal.org. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
