Child Passenger Seat Safety Check Event

9 out of 10 car seats are installed incorrectly! Certified car seat safety technicians will provide a one-on-one opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about child passenger seat safety and have their car seats checked. Please bring the children who will be riding in the seats if possible. Car seat checks are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call 309-828-1892 and schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Hosted by Mickey Lower and her dance council, this series offers casual dancing for fun and exercise, and is an opportunity to meet others who love to dance. No partner needed. Enjoy 45-minute lessons at the beginning of the first and second dances of each month. Basic steps are taught as an introduction to social dance, and information is provided for those interested in continues instruction elsewhere. Remaining class time is spent dancing and socializing to a variety of music.
