E-Billing Notification

The Town of Normal offers a free E-Billing Notification option to customers with utility billing accounts. With this service customers can opt out of receiving a paper bill through the mail and instead elect to receive a utility bill notification via email. The email notification will contain a summary of billing information. Full billing details would be accessible to the customer through Normal’s website.

How does E-Billing Notification work?

To get started, simply fill out and submit the authorization form at the bottom of this page. Once your account has been set up, you will receive a confirmation email that your account has been activated. After that, all future billings will be electronically delivered to the email address that you provided. Customers with more than one utility billing account are also eligible for E-Billing Notification.

If I sign up for E-Billing Notification, how do I pay my utility bill?

What if I change my mind and want to revert back to paper billings?

If you ever decide to stop the E-Billing Notification service, simply e-mail your request to: billingquestions@normal.org or contact the Water Department at: (309) 454-9710, 433-3411 or 454-9565.
