The Before/After School Program consists of four, 9 week sessions throughout the school year. Registration for the Before/After School Program takes place in April/May prior to the start of the new school year. A lottery system is used to complete the initial enrollment for the first session. Once a participant is enrolled in the program, he/she is guaranteed a spot for the remaining sessions, as long as the participant is re-registered during the registration deadlines for each 9 week session. A lottery system will again be used for any remaining openings in the program for sessions 2 through 4. New participants must submit forms each session to be a part of the lottery.

If a new participant enters a form for the lottery, but doesn’t get in, he/she will go on a wait list for that session only. If openings become available, the wait list family will be notified.
Please refer to the Activity Guide for specific session registration dates. Registration forms can be dropped off at the Parks & Recreation office, mailed-in, or faxed-in. Online registration is not an option due to lottery enrollment.
